The No. 1 junior in the state of Ohio, linebacker Jamel Turner from Youngstown Ursuline, was in Ohio Stadium last night for the big game. Turner, who has also been to games at Penn State, Michigan State and Notre Dame, tells Bucknuts which one had the best atmosphere, which scholarship offers he is considering and much more.
